I offer several types of therapeutic interventions that are individualized based upon your needs and goals.
One of the therapeutic routes I take within a session is traditional psychotherapy- or ‘talk therapy’, where the emphasis is on the client speaking and verbally expressing issues in order to heal, cope, problem solve and review behaviors/patterns.
I also offer alternative therapeutic methods such as Creative Arts Therapy and Integrative Energy Therapy

In simplest terms, creative arts therapy uses the creative process of art-making to address issues and improve a person's physical, mental and emotional well-being. This art-making can include but is not limited to: painting, writing, mask making, sandtray, drama, music and storytelling

IET is a spiritually based healing. Healing sessions work directly with your bodies cellular memory and energetic field to "get the issues out of your tissues".
